Capabilities
Most suppliers do one of these and broker out the rest. We run them on our own floor, which is why a part can move from raw material to packed box without leaving our control.

Stamped and deep-drawn parts on our own press line: brackets, latches, hardware, enclosures, trays, pans and drawn stainless vessels.

Forged blanks and near-net shapes for components that have to carry load, finished on our own machining lines rather than shipped out raw.

Investment, aluminium and iron casting from our own foundry — valve bodies, pump housings and casings, impellers, manifolds and compressor housings.

Sheet metal fabrication, welding and sub-assembly, so parts arrive polished, fitted and ready to drop straight into your line.

The same five steps run on every order, whether it is a sampling batch or a repeat production run.
STEP 01
Send a 2D/3D drawing, a specification or simply a sample. We check material, tolerance and finish, come back with any questions and quote within 24 hours.
STEP 02
Molds, dies and fixtures are designed and built in-house, which keeps tooling cost, revisions and lead time under our own control.
STEP 03
First articles are produced, measured and sent to you for approval. Nothing moves to mass production until the sample is signed off.
STEP 04
Casting, machining, stamping and welding run on our own floor, with inspection at every handover between processes.
STEP 05
Polishing, surface treatment, sub-assembly, export packing and documentation — the part leaves the factory ready to use.
